SmartCompliance Refill Windlass Tourniquet. Designed for stopping a traumatic bleeding event quickly. Easy to secure. D-Clasp so the tourniquet can be wrapped around the leg and secured above the wound without having to slide the tourniquet all the way up the limb. Strap attachment to windlass at a strong single ring point which improves both the strength of the windlass and the ability to stop the blood flow quicker when seconds count High-performance nylon strap stops the blood flow immediately. Packaging comes with instructions for proper use. The Windlass Tourniquet is a limb trauma care device, designed for stopping blood loss during a traumatic bleeding event.
