Product Details
The NERM dual speed series of electric chain hoists from Harrington incorporate a motorized trolley with an under the cover variable frequency drive hoist giving the hoist amazing load control and field adjustable two speeds with up to a 12:1 speed ratio. Features include "The Guardian": Smart Brake Technology, a current driven electromagnetic brake that does not release unless the motor is energized, Grade 80 nickel plated load chain, variable frequency drive allowing speed adjustability and integral count hour functionality which records and displays the number of lowering starts and hoist on time, 5 pocket load sheave to reduce vibration and extend chain life, cooler motor and brake attributed to the fan cooled motor, low profile upper and lower limit switches and plug in pendant and power supply cords. Hoist and trolley are UL listed to UL 1340, built environmentally friendly meeting RoHS requirements and exceed ASME H4 Duty Rating. Trolley features include an extremely durable and reliable pull-rotor brake, drop stops and rubber bumpers and side guide rollers for smoother trolley motion and reduced beam wear. All Hoist are provided with test certificate verifying hoist has been factory load tested to 125% of rated capacity, in accordance to ASME B30.16.
