Babcock Davis BNTM3036 36", Exposed Flange, Mortise Lock Prep The BNTM is a general purpose non-rated access door for wall and ceiling applications. The BNTM comes with a 1" exposed face flange and can be installed in most material substrates. Standard latching is mortise cylinder prep.
