Designed for students, this Chromebook features a dual-core Intel Celeron processor with 8 GB of RAM and a dual-band Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) wireless network connection to access books, tests, and more via the Google Chrome browser and G-Suite applications. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics power the inches 1366 x 768 resolution TN (twisted nematic) touchscreen, which has a 360 degree hinge for four different setup modes. They include the traditional laptop mode, a stand mode with the keyboard folded back, and a tent mode where the computer stands on its screen edges. A built-in HD webcam allows for easy learning while remote. Students can store their schoolwork on an integrated GB eMMC SSD. Peripherals such as flash drives, keyboards, mice, and more can be connected to the Chromebook's USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A and Type-C ports. This Chromebook is designed to withstand the school day and features rubberized edges and rounded corners for drop protection along with a spill-resistant keyboard. The Chromebook 3000 Series is rigorously tested to endure the school day and beyond. Students can learn uninterrupted with tamper- and spill-resistant keyboards and a long battery life. Rigorously tested beyond MIL-STD standards, The Chromebook 3100 keeps up with the entire school day. It's tested to survive 5,000 free fall micro-drops and 30" drops onto steel, while rubberized edges minimize impacts from drops and bumps. Students can learn, discover, and share without worry thanks to the spill- and tamper-resistant keyboard that withstands up to 12 ounces of liquid. Additionally, its top mounted design ensures the entire palm rest doesn't need to be replaced in case of damage to the keyboard. Ports are covered and secured with reinforced brackets, and they're tested to ensure students can connect and disconnect as many times as they need. With long battery life, this trusty Chromebook gets kids through even the longest school days. The USB Type-C Port supports fast power and data transfers to keep students connected in any setting.
