A stain-resistant finish on each exterior prevents heat discoloration. The mix of ceramic non-stick and uncoated cookware provides non-stick ease anddurability. Lightweight, contouredhandles keep cooking comfortable while the streamlined rivets eliminate food traps for a seamless, snag-free interior. Permanent markings on interior walls of the saucepans, stock pot, and saute pan are great for adding stock, water, milk and other liquid ingredients. Clear, tempered glass lids make it easy to check the progress of your dish without losing heat and the double-duty knobs on each lid flips to create a rest area for tools and keep your countertop clean. The durable, all-metal construction is perfect for all stovetops, including induction, and can move directly from the stovetop to oven or the broiler. Oven safe up to 600 degree Fahrenheit, lids up to 425 degree Fahrenheit. The tri-ply Mira collection is dishwasher safe for quick and easy cleanup.
