Interlake Mecalux assembled tear drop bolted pallet rack upright frame This style of pallet rack upright frames provides versatility for warehouses that have wide varieties of product types. Bolted pallet racking is ideal for any warehouse, offering direct access to each pallet, simple stock management and adaptation to any product volume, weight or size. It is manufactured from high-strength steel and other quality raw materials. Product Features: Bolted pallet rack upright frames come pre-assembled for easy customer set-up. Bolted pallet rack uprights allow flexible configuration and easy to modify, adapting to new requirements. Bolted pallet rack upright frames are painted in blue using a cataphoresis process. This method offers an even paint coat and prohibits corrosion. Side perforations are used for fitting struts and accessories. The teardrop frame design allows shelf adjustment in 2" increments. Bolt connections on the bolted pallet rack upright frame are Grade 5 and zinc plated. Limited thread bolts prevent over-tightening. Nuts with a serrated flange remain securely fastened, with no need for maintenance. Standard, pre-punched footplates offer easy anchoring. Easy and economical repairs can be completed with a bolted pallet rack upright frame. If a component is damaged, only that element needs to be replaced. This is done both quickly and easily. Interlake Mecalux bolted pallet rack upright frames are Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI) certified.
