Valley Craft's Counter-Weight Manual Drive Roto-Lift Drum Handler is designed to butt directly up against pallets, features lift & manual hand crank powered. Transport, lift and rotate most steel, plastic and fiber drums, and cylinders 14''-24'' in diameter. Rotates full 360 and an 800 lb. load capacity. Optional floor lock available. Counter-weight model is twice as heavy and require more effort to move.
