Dies liegt vor allem an der antinomischen Spannung, die die Vollzugsmedizin aus der Einbettung des am Wohl des Patienten ausgerichteten Behandlungsauftrags in das juristische Netzwerk des freiheitsbegrenzenden Vollzugs bezieht.
