A purpose built addition to the Kalon A series of reels, the 13 Fishing Kalon A Ice Spinning Reel features a fold down handle unlike the rest of the series. This fold down handle allows for convenient storage in hard cases when traveling to or on the hardwater. Quick and easy assembly and takedown of the handle allows the reel to be stowed in a compact transportation case, protecting your gear from the elements and other damage. Just like the rest of Kalon A series of reels, a Precision CNC Cut Z Cast Drive Gear and Performance Drag give this reel the guts and capability to take on the beasts that roam below the ice. A Sealed Rotor protects the gears from water intrusion, preserving the silky smooth retrieve for many trips out to the fishing grounds as well as the reel from becoming frozen internally. For the angler wanting the added handle takedown over the standard Kalon A, this reel provides it. Features: Z Cast Drive Gear with Precision CNC Cut Performance Drag 6 Total Bearings Sealed Rotor Instant Stop Anti-Reverse GLIDE Oscillation System.
