Product Details
The Mustad Grip Pin Ned Jig Head brings multiple features to the table that will improve your experience fishing a Ned rig. This jig head is built around a 2X strong 90 degree bend jig hook, giving you the superior penetration ability of a light wire Mustad Needle Point hook while still retaining excellent strength. These hooks will not bend out when your small presentation attracts a big bass. Fitted on the middle of the hook shank is Mustad's signature Grip Pin soft plastic keeper that prevents your baits from slipping down the hook shank. The Grip Pin will not tear your plastics the way that other bait keepers on other jig heads will. Finally, the rounded mushroom-shaped profile of the head allows the bait to sit vertically once it reaches the bottom, allowing you to effectively hop the bait head first across the bottom.
