Designed to produce explosive surface strikes from the hardest hitting saltwater game fish, the Shimano Current Sniper Splash Walk combines an enticing walk-the-dog action with top quality rugged construction. These heavy duty topwater lures feature a side-to-side darting action that's easy to produce with twitches of the rod tip. This fleeing baitfish action coupled with its low-pitch internal knocker is the perfect combination of visual and audible stimulation to drive predators absolutely mad. The Current Sniper Splash Walk is uniquely engineered to have a heavily weighted tail section, allowing the lure to sit vertically in the water on the pause. This innovative design increases hookup ratios and lessens the chance of a large fish missing the bait and knocking the plug out of the water during aggressive strikes. The Current Sniper Splash Walk also incorporates Shimano's through-wire construction for added durability during tough fights with big fish and a Kyorin finish to give the lure a lifelike appearance.
