Product Details
Specially designed for avid kayak bass anglers, the Cashion CK Series Kayak Rods offer American-made quality with exceptional technique specific performance. With each model featuring a highly specialized design for designated techniques, the CK Kayak Series is one of the most comprehensive series of kayak bass rods on the market. Rod length, handle length, power, blank taper, componentry, and even placement of counterbalance weights are individually taken into account for each model for the ultimate performance enhancement. All models are built on Cashion's newly designed carbon fiber blank with a signature Energy Dissipation Jacket (EDJ). The EDJ works as an outer layer around the carbon fibers to absorb and dissipate impacts from hard surfaces, which is especially helpful given the unforgiving nature of kayak fishing. The CK Kayak Series features Cashion's famous woven carbon handle grip that is durable, dense, and transmits vibrations to the hand with great proficiency. An EVA butt grip provides a little extra padding for leverage against the ribs and midsection during hooksets in the kayak. The handle lengths are slightly reduced overallfor better maneuverability when in the seated position while wearing a PFD, but still have enough handle for leverage over hard fighting bass. All models feature American Tackle Microguides for a smaller footprint on the blank, increased durability, and supreme line management.
