The Proteus WN Camo Series is built on formidable blanks featuring Daiwa's HVF Carbon and X-45 Carbon Technology. These technologies utilize advanced construction practices to produce blanks that are lighter, stronger, and resist twisting and distortion as the blank loads up to maintain better bend accuracy when casting or fighting a fish. Most notably, the rods are equipped with an exclusive black and white marbleized camo Winn Grip Handle Wrap. Winn Grip handles offer a super comfortable grip that remains functional even when wet thanks to the Dri-Tac material, not to mention adds a unique and definitive styling to the rod. Featuring the same Winn Grip styling, these rods pair well with Daiwa's Lexa Winn Baitcasting reels both functionally and aesthetically. Fuji Faz Lite Tangle Free K-Guides cast long and straight and refuse to hang-up while leaving a small footprint on the blank. The innovative Fuji Reel Seat with Back Stop Lock Nut System firmly attaches the reel and never backs off. These versatile, high performing boat rods are perfect for inshore and offshore applications off of any coast.
