The Jigging World Hi-Lo Flasher Rigs are pre-tied with premium flashabou and snelled with a baitholder hook. These rigs are ready to go right out of the package. Just add a sinker on the sinker loop on the bottom and some bait and you are ready to catch some fish. These rigs are ideal for Fluke (Flounder), Black Sea Bass, Grouper, Cod, Haddock, and other bottom fish.
