Designed and built by hand in the US by industry leading salmon and steelhead experts, the G Loomis GLX Center Pin Rods will satisfy the needs of float anglers across the nation. With a new blank design that shifts weight towards the butt section of the rod, the GLX Center Pin Rods eliminate that tip-heavy feeling that has made previous generations of center pin rods tiresome to fish. This improved rod balance makes it easier to keep the rod time in a positive, upright position, allowing you to focus more on your float and drag. The rods handle is built from blend of composite and natural cork to help maintain a delicate balance at the angler's end, while the movable reel clamps allow you to position your reel exactly where you want it. The GLX Center Pin Rods are equipped with top-of-the-line Recoil Nickel-Titanium guides that offer incredible durability and are approximately half the weight of traditional guides.
