Penn Battalion II Slow Pitch Casting Rods are made for the popular slow pitch jigging technique that's used widely across the US. These rods feature a rolled composite core with outer layers of longitudinal glass construction for a thin and lightweight blank. The blanks flex from grip to tip distributing weight. Parabolic rods that offer everything an angler is looking for in a jigging rod from balance to recoil. An acid-wrapped guide train enhances stability when fighting larger fish by preventing the rod from rolling or twisting.
