The Fish Lab Mad Eel is the perfect searchbait for inshore applications coast to coast. Designed with a long slender profile and hard kicking boot-tail, the Mad Eel paddles its way through the water at a variety of speeds effectively imitating a small eel or skinny baitfish. These baits have a heavy side-to-side rolling action coupled with the lifelike kick that displaces significant amounts of water and will trigger feeding instincts in any predatory game fish. The slim, aerodynamic profile make it a phenomenal casting bait for targeting big fish of beaches such as striped bass, redfish, snook, tarpon and more. Boat fisherman will love the heavier weights for jigging over wrecks and reefs for the likes of grouper and other bottom fish, and will even be able to make good use of them when casting at yellowtail and even small tuna. The Mad Eel is built around a specially designed jig hook that keep fish pinned despite blistering runs and violent head shakes. Each Mad Eel comes complete with one jig head and two bodies.
