Featuring 13 Fishing's proprietary SLIDE magnetic cast control system, anglers can adjust their braking with the flick of their thumb without missing a single cast. The thumb switch located on top of the reel directly alongside the spool allows for quick braking adjustments at a moment's notice. Anglers of all skill levels will be able to make long, bombing casts with little braking, and then immediately ramp the braking up to make quick casts against the wind or skip baits under docks or low hanging structure. By combining the magnetic SLIDE braking with the Low-Friction centrifugal braking, the perfect cast in any conditions is always attainable. At the heart of the Inception SLD2 is a Ti Armor Aluminum Drive Gear and Hard Anodized Worm Gear for superior power transfer for winching in hard fighting fish. Couple these durable gears with the 22lb Bulldog Drag system and you've got yourself a baitcaster equipped to handle any challenge.
