Product Details
The Gamakatsu Octopus Circle Outbarb Hook is a circle style 1X strong hook. Traditional hooks place the barb on the side of the hook bend. With certain techniques such as jigging, chunk baiting, and bottom fishing if your line goes slack it could get entangled by the hook barb and possibly get nicked or cut. The new outbarb design of this hook eliminates that risk. Tests have proven that when an outbarb is combined with this circle hook design by Gamakatsu it provides for better deeper penetration and higher hook retention rate. Off-set point Forged Out-barb Circle hook.
