The Spro Power Bucktail is a beefed up version of the wildly popular Spro Prime Bucktails. The Power Bucktails are specifically designed to be strong enough to handle the largest trophy sized saltwater gamefish. This bucktail is built around an oversized Oshaunessy hook and is wrapped in a VERY generous amount of bucktail hair to give your jig that larger profile that the big fish want. The extra hair keeps your jig buoyant to allow for a more natural swimming action away from the rocks and debris along the bottom. Whether you are sight casting for a trophy cobia, hunting for that elusive 50 lb striper in the surf, or jigging over a wreck that could potentially hold the fish of a lifetime, this jig will rise to the occasion where others won't.
