Sofgrip Flexible Fillet Knives are made with proprietary high carbon, high alloy, stain free DEXSTEEL. These knives are NSF certified, made in the USA, and include Edge Guard blade protectors (optional - certain models only) to protect your knife's edge when it is stored.
