The Daiwa Back Bay series of rods was designed for those crazy anglers who love big fish on lighter tackle. These versatile rods were designed with East Coast back bay fishing in mind, but can easily translate over into other fishing markets across the US. These extra-fast action rods have a soft enough tip to launch lighter jigs, bucktails, and plugs, but enough back bone to put the brakes on a big striper or redfish. These are the perfect rods to pair with Daiwa's Saltist Back Bay Reels. All models are covered under a limited 5 year warranty through Daiwa.
