Product Details
Clarkspoon Planer Kits come ready to fish and contain everything you need to start trolling Clarkspoons at any depth. Choose from combinations of either a #1 or #2 planer and a #0 or #00 Original Clarkspoon in either chrome or gold. Simply attach your main line to the brass ring and your leader to the hole in the blade. After feeding your leader and spoon into the water, submerge the weighted end of planer into water at downward angle and it will dive. The planer will trip when a fish strikes and return to the surface. Spoons are rigged with approximately 24' of 30 lb. test mono and a #3 ball bearing coastlock snap swivel, and come on a 4" leader wheel. Both the #1 and #2 Planer kits are suitable for rod and reel fishing, but only the #2 kits include a hand line.
