Its 24T carbon fiber construction is sourced from Toray's Japan factory, well known for creating some of the finest carbon sheets in the world that top of the line manufactures use. On the outer most layer of the rod, Jigging World included a layer textured carbon fiber to reinforce the integrity of the blank, with the added benefit of making a rod blank that is more aesthetically pleasing. 24T Japanese Carbon Fiber Blank Construction 3X Loop Carbon Tape Glossy Finish One Piece Blank.
