A technique specific series designed by the world's most accomplished professional angler, the Lew's KVD Series Spinning Rods put tournament caliber performance in the hands of all anglers at an incredible value. Built on premium IM8 graphite blanks, each model is specialized for maximum performance with its designated technique, including custom blank tapers, lengths, and actions. These strong, lightweight blanks are remarkably well balanced for comfortable fishing and maximum performance. Components include durable stainless steel guides with aluminum oxide inserts and a brand new Lew's proprietary Full Contact Reel Seat that provides increased direct blank contact for heightened sensitivity. Split Grip EVA handles provide a comfortable grip and a patented "No Foul" Hook Keeper is conveniently located to eliminate interference. All in all, KVD himself designed this new signature series with meticulous detail to meet all the specifications he demands in competition level equipment. Features: Premium IM8 graphite blank in GS models Stainless steel guides, aluminum oxide inserts, and Zirconia insert tip tops Rear locking reel seat Split grip EVA handles Patented "No Foul" hook keeper.
