Rods from the 20 to 80lb class with actions fine-tuned for West Coast techniques such as flylining a sardine, casting irons, dropping a sinker rig, dropping a jig among many other techniques are available in these Offshore orientated series of rods, ready to tackle the most iconic gamefish that swim the coast. G Loomis utilized their proprietary Multi-Taper design in the construction of each rod blank, where careful studies are done to capture potential weak points in blank structure. With the use of a custom rolling table, material is added in likely to fail areas and less material is used everywhere else. This results in precisely defined actions that reach perfect balance of durability and performance. A lengthy west coast styled foregrip matches each rod, constructed of a unique Battle On grip material, perfect for casting and rail rod use. This Battle On Grip offers extreme fatigue-fighting comfort, all while remaining seriously durable and resistant to grip dents on the rail, as it naturally reforms to its original shape. A Sea Guide Guide train and Fuji reel seat complement its Battle On Grips, setting this lineup of rods to take on your favorite species, whether it be bluefin tuna, calico bass, yellowtail and more.
