Die Folgen dieses liberalen Gehalts des Vergeltungsgedankens fr die Strafrechtsdogmatik und fr die Diskussion um die Legitimitt "opferloser" Delikte werden eingehend untersucht. Ein Gesetzgebungsvorschlag zu 228 StGB rundet das Werk ab.
