Wesentliche Faktoren fr die Aussagekraft der Ergebnisse sind hierbei einerseits die Anwendung der Klassifikation endogener Psychosen nach Leonhard zur mglichst differenzierten Diagnostik auf der Ebene der Phnotypen und andererseits der Einsatz einer Untersuchungsmethodik, die die Validitt der klinischen Klassifikation auf der Basis einer persnliche Exploration mglichst aller Probanden durch einen erfahrenen Kliniker zu maximieren versucht.
