The CEJN stainless steel hose reels are robust and durable stainless steel hose reels offer multiple installation options. The accurate hose guide and spring return mechanism will help avoid hoses lying on the floor to create a safer, more efficient, and more ergonomic workplace. The hose reels are available in AISI 304 stainless steel and AISI 316 acid-proof steel which make the reels suitable for all environments, both indoor and outdoor, where high corrosion resistance is important. The acid-proof version will allow for use in higher temperatures and is recommended for even tougher environments, like offshore applications or food processing industries. Other examples are within agriculture, manufacturing industry, slaughterhouses, commercial kitchens and more. The reels come ready to use with a food-approved PVC hose. The PVC hose is designed with four layers and is flexible, grease proof, easy to clean and able to withstand detergents and chemical products. It can be used for water as well as compressed air where food safety is required. The reels are delivered with PVC hose, hose guard, 4-way roller guide, feeder hose and a fixed bracket. The optional swing bracket will make hose retraction and unwinding more convenient.
