Following this centuries-old process, skilled craftspeople drip paint onto the surface of water and swirl the pigments together to create organic, marmoreal-inspired designs. A single sheet of paper is carefully dipped into this colorful bath, allowing it to pick up that one-of-a-kind design. Once dried, that paper is used to completely cover Firenze, creating a truly unique little box.
