The pre-configured Interlake Mecalux bulk storage rack starter units are designed for storage areas in which goods are handled manually instead of being transported on a pallet. This bulk rack storage system is designed for light to medium loads. An easy to order and pre-configured starter units include two upright frames and three steel decking storage levels. Product Features: Bulk rack upright frames are punched on 2" centers for easy beam adjustment to eliminate down aisle growth and wasted space. Orange bulk rack beams are mounted to the frame and held in place with two U Safety Pins providing additional security and stability. Interlake Mecalux bulk rack starter components (beams and uprights) partake in a cataphoresis paint process based on electro-chemical technology. This process provides many advantages: Anti-corrosion protection - Even layer thickness everywhere on items Great protection against every day wear and tear of warehouse environment 22 GA galvanized steel decking is designed for hand loading medium to heavy loads with variety of products. Multiple steel decks span across the beam load to create a flat loading surface. Extending the length of your bulk rack system is simple by ordering Interlake Mecalux Bulk Rack Add-On w/ Steel Decking. Easy and simple assembly.
