Protect the plate like a pro with the new Easton Pro X Intermediate Catchers Kit. As seen worn by San Diego Catcher, Austin Hedges, this catchers kit includes Pro X helmet, chest protector and leg guards. The Intermediate kit is recommended for players ages 13 to 15. Starting with the Catchers Helmet; the Easton Pro X catchers helmet features plush wrapped padding with breathable air mesh and BioDri moisture wicking fabric for added comfort. Poron XRD technology in the upper crown is used to help absorb shock on impact. Equipped with an ergonomic chin cup design which provides a better fit and allows for improved player communication, and the forehead, crown, rear and chin pads are removable and washable. Additionally, the Easton Pro X Intermediate Catchers helmet features an extra wide rear top strap for secure locked-in adjustment for a better fit and meets the NOCSAE standard for all levels of play. Available in size Small which fits hat sizes 6 1/2 7 1/8. Moving on to the Chest Protector; constructed with a 4-point webbing strap system with a comfortable neoprene back organizer, this chest protector will not only provide the perfect amount of protection all around but will be extremely comfortable. The use of a heavy-duty black coated steel inset waist clip allows the player to adjust this chest protector to fit perfectly without the adjustment tool moving and becoming more tight or loose while in use. Featuring stacked memory foam in the ab area to provide improved rebound control so blocked balls stay close. Measured from the top of the sternum to the waist, the Easton Elite X Intermediate catchers chest protector comes in at 16 inches. Additionally, the use of an adjustable shoulder cap will allow for increased protection on one shoulder. Finishing up with the Leg Guards; the Easton Pro X Intermediate Leg Guards wide-set knee design provides a larger surface area in the blocking position and allows for more explosive side.
