Spartan Power uses battery cables that are UL 1232/1284/1338/1346/10269 approved, ROHS compliant, VW-1 & moisture resistant and rated for up to 1000V. We assemble 4 AWG, 2 AWG, 1/0 AWG, & 4/0 AWG battery cables in Reno, Nevada which are not only great for use with our DC to AC power inverters, but they can also be used for RV, motorhomes, travel trailers, campers, fleet trucks, boats and other vehicle wiring applications, grounding cables, golf cart wiring, solar and many other on or off-grid applications where pure copper is recommended. All Spartan Power battery cables come with a Lifetime Crimp Warranty: if your crimp ever experiences an issue, you can send it back for a repair, free of charge for life. Our battery cables come with either 5/16" or 3/8" ring terminals depending on the battery cable size. These cable sets have Adhesive Lined Irradiated Polyolefin (PO) heat shrink, which is exceptionally resistant to water, fungus, and UV light. Ring Terminal Features tinned copper for corrosion protection. Heat Shrink features a Shrink ratio of Approximately 3 to 1 at +90 C, An Operational temp. range: -55 C to +135 C, Dielectric strength of 500 V/mil (197 kV/cm), Volume resistivit is 1014 ohm-cm, Tensile strength of 1500 psi (141 kg/cm2).
