Die Freien Waldorfschulen stellen heute in Deutschland die erfolgreichste Variante nichtstaatlicher Reform- und Alternativschulen mit besonderer pdagogischer Prgung dar. Im Vergleich zu anderen Reform- und Alternativschulen sind die Waldorfschulen nach wie vor empirisch nur wenig erforscht. Anhand von sequenzanalytischen Rekonstruktionen der retrospektiven Erzhlungen sowie ausgewhlter Berichtszeugnisse dreier ehemaliger Waldorfschler/innen wird der Versuch unternommen, den Erfahrungsgehalt des in der Schule Erlebten und die Relevanz der Waldorfschule im Rahmen der Gesamtbiographie zu bestimmen. In der (schul-)theoretischen Abstraktion der drei Fallstudien werden schlielich Entgrenzungsdimensionen der anthroposophischen Schulkultur identifiziert und auf ihre biographischen Chancen- und Risikopotenziale hin befragt.
