Der Begriff 'Erziehung' wird von der Wissenschaft gleichen Namens schon seit lngerem kaum noch errtert. Mglicherweise weist der Erziehungsbegriff eine zu groe Nhe zu seinem alter ego, der Indoktrination, auf. Die Grenze zwischen Erziehung und Indoktrination wird als flieend wahrgenommen, weil letztlich von Indoktrination nur in der Abgrenzung und im Verbot, also in der Negation die Rede ist. Wenig geklrt ist, was Indoktrination tatschlich ist und wie sie funktioniert, wenn sie denn funktioniert. Zur Erhellung dieses Grenzbereichs nhern sich die Beitrge dieses Bandes dem Phnomen von verschiedenen Seiten: Die Felder, die traditionell als besonders 'indoktrinationsanfllig' gelten, werden ebenso untersucht, wie jene, die bislang wenig mit Indoktrination assoziiert werden. Darber hinaus werden Leitbegriffe der Gegenwartspdagogik auf ihr indoktrinierendes Potenzial hin untersucht.
