Kemp USA Head Immobilizer is easy to use and compatible with most spine boards. Features side blocks with wide Velcro closures, allowing for a snug fit. Comes with two head/chin straps and a padded base plate that easily fastens to the board. Has no metal components and can be worn during X-ray, MRI, or CT scan procedures. Waterproof and buoyant immobilizer is perfect for water rescue. Easy to clean and disinfect for reuse. Made with the highest grade of foam with a vinyl costing for lasting durability.
