RFID in der Baulogistik
Um die Ziele eines Bauprojekts hinsichtlich Terminen, Kosten und Qualitten erreichen zu knnen, muss die Versorgung mit sowie die Entsorgung von den richtigen Objekten, zum richtigen Zeitpunkt, in der richtigen Qualitt und Quantitt, am richtigen Ort und zu den richtigen Kosten erfolgen. Hierzu ist u. a. ein funktionierender Informationsaustausch und eine Erfassung, Steuerung, Kontrolle und Dokumentation der angelieferten Materialien sowie der die Baustelle betretenden Personen in Echtzeit notwendig. Das Ziel des Forschungsvorhabens lag in der Entwicklung eines anwendungsorientierten Wertschpfungsmodells zum Einsatz der RFID-Technik (Radio Frequency Identification) in der Bau- und Immobilienwirtschaft ber den gesamten Lebenszyklus eines Bauwerks. Das Modell gewhrleistet einen durchgngigen transparenten Informationsfluss ber die Wertschpfungsstufen. Die Verifizierung und exemplarische Anwendung des an Standards orientierten Modells fand anhand von RFID-Demonstratoren fr die Baulogistik statt. Es wurden unterschiedliche Anwendungen getestet, die die speziellen Randbedingungen der Bauwirtschaft bercksichtigten.
