0 Vorwort Vorwort zur elften Auflage Die jetzt vorgestellte elfte Auflage stellt sich als eine Art Wiedergeburt des alten Lehrbuches dar und weist daher auch einige Neuerungen auf. So ist Herr Prof. Dr. Carsten Rh als weiterer Autor hinzugekommen. Seiner Initiative ist im wesentlichen diese Neuauflage zu verdanken. Die Kapitel ber Materialdisposition sind erheblich gestrafft worden. Ergnzend sind folgende Themenbereiche hinzugekommen: E-Procurement Internationale Beschaffung Alle brigen Kapitel haben wir teils berarbeitet, neugeschrieben oder anders struk- riert. An der Grundkonzeption des Buches haben wir allerdings festgehalten. Das Literaturverzeichnis ist aktualisiert und wesentlich gekrzt sowie das Tabellen- und Abkrzungsverzeichnis gestrichen worden. Die Autoren hoffen, mit der Weiterfhrung dieses umfassenden Lehrbuches, das erstmals 1978 erschienen ist, einem breiten Leserkreis die einschlgigen Beschaffun- themen praxisorientiert nherzubringen.
