Am Beispiel des Kinder- und Jugendbeirats der Stadt Reinbek werden die Schwierigkeiten untersucht, mit denen institutionalisierte Modelle zu kmpfen haben. Gleichzeitig wird die Frage verfolgt, welche Motive und Anreize fr die politische Beteiligung von Jugendlichen in institutionalisierten Modellen eine Rolle spielen. Der Untersuchung liegt ein umfassender Ansatz zugrunde, der mit seiner dialogischen Vorgehensweise die Erfordernisse der Konfliktvermittlung in der Praxis mit den wissenschaftlichen Ansprchen der Forschung gewinnbringend fr beide verbinden kann.
