Der Autor untersucht die Wirkfaktoren des bergangscoachings aus Sicht der jugendlichen Coachingnehmer. Zudem werden die erhobenen Wirkfaktoren anhand eines bergangsmodells interpretiert und konkrete Konsequenzen fr die pdagogische Praxis wie beispielsweise die Kompetenzentwicklung der bergangscoachs als auch der jugendlichen bergnger gezogen.
