Super Strong 4-Sided Smoking Shelter Tough, yet light black steel frame with clear curved roof and clear side panels. Easy to assemble, simply bolt together. Creates a designated freestanding smoking area for your premises. The outdoor smoking shelters comply with Smoking Ban Legislation. Mild Steel frame - tube size 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/32" - Tube is shot blasted, zinc coated and proxy/polyester powdered coated. Surface coatings provide greater durability.Roof is supported by curved mild steel beams. 5/8" cellular multiwall polycarbonate. Strong and durable with high impact resistance and UV protective coating. Mild steel side panels are pre-glazed with surface fixing rivets. 3/16" super strong polycarbonate glazing with UV protective coating. 10 year warranty against discoloration on roof and side panels. Requires solid, level base for fixing. After the base has been prepared, assembly time is typically 4 - 6 hours for 2 qualified workpeople. All mounting fixings supplied. Delivered flat-packed on a pallet with full instructions for assembly. Note: Due to Florida Building Code, the wind-load in Florida is 130 MPH to 180 MPH. Some shelters can't be sold in Florida. All shelters sold to Florida will require the engineering service at additional cost. Site specific engineered drawings and calculations for building code compliance available at additional cost if required.
