WireCrafters RapidGuard II - Corner Post, 6 3/4" H WireCrafters RapidGuard II Lift-Off Machine Guarding System is ideal for guarding welding machines, stretch wrappers, conveyors or any other automated equipment that also needs to be easily accessible. The inherent simplicity of our unique lift-off design allows for panel removal by simply loosening the tool removable hardware, significantly reducing the time required to both remove and install panels. Hardware remains attached to the posts, thereby reducing the risk of lost and or uninstalled hardware when returning to normal operations. Unlike most guarding systems, RapidGuard II panels Lift-Off from the upright posts, allowing full access to the equipment you are guarding. This feature allows maintenance personnel or workers easy access during downtime or service calls, while still providing the safety and security required while the machine is operating. Includes a limited warranty of 1 Year. Features:OSHA, ANSI, RIA, and ISO Compliant1-1/2" square (center to center) 10GA welded wire mesh allows for minimal (7.87') spacing from the hazard, minimizing the process footprint and saving valuable floor space.Black powder coated RapidGuard II Lift-Off panels allow for high visibility of operations within the guarding, while the yellow powder coated posts provide high visibility of the system to both material handling and pedestrian traffic outside of the guarding.
