Eine aussichtsreiche Materialklasse fr den Einsatz in gedruckten Halbleiterbauelementen stellen anorganische Nanopartikel dar. Insbesondere eignen sich hierfr halbleitende Nanopartikel aufgrund der theoretisch hohen Ladungstrgerbeweglichkeit und der Materialverfgbarkeit. Karsten Wolff untersucht Integrationstechniken fr die Verwendung von Halbleiternanopartikeln in Feldeffekttransistoren am Beispiel von Silizium- und Zinkoxid-Partikeln. Dabei betrachtet er sowohl klassische Dnnfilmtransistoren, nanoskalige Einzelpartikeltransistoren als auch Inverterschaltungen. Im Fokus steht das elektrische Verhalten der Bauelemente in Abhngigkeit von der Prozessfhrung und der Transistorarchitektur.
