Power Systems Olympic Hex Bar - 2 Handle
The Hex Bar is designed to keep weight centered through the body's midline during deadlifts, shrugs, and power pulls. The change in angle allows you to do dead lifts that incorporate less of your glutes and lower back while increasing the use of the quadriceps. To create a custom Olympic Hex Bar, simply add the Olympic plates or Urethane Plates (sold separately) in the weight of your choice. Two handle options for versatility. 56 1/4 x 23" W x 21" L (inside). Sleeve 9".
