The Deluxe Cardio Barbell Set allows you to combine cardio and resistance training for a full-body workout. This 51" long steel weight bar features a durable PVC coated grip to help ensure the bar does not slip during your workout. The updated smooth, bar sleeve is 25 mm. in diameter and allows you to choose the standard collar style you prefer. Plates are encased in high-quality virgin rubber to prevent damage to the gym floor and to help reduce noise. Built-in grips make plates idea to use alone for handheld exercises. Set includes: (2) 10 lbs. (2) 5 lbs. (2) 2.5 lbs. virgin rubber coated standard plates, one 51" L steel bar with durable PVC coated grip and one pair of Standard Spring (1") Collars.
