Anja Reinecke-Terner untersucht ethnografisch im Rahmen der Grounded Theory das Handlungsfeld Schulsozialarbeit. In Anlehnung an Konzepte von Erving Goffman und Jrgen Zinnecker beschreibt sie, wie Schulsozialarbeiterinnen und Schulsozialarbeiter mit ihren Praktiken eine Zwischenbhne zwischen Vorderbhne (Unterricht) und Hinterbhne (Rckzugsorten) herstellen. Dabei bewegen sie sich zwischen Personen, Rollen, Rumen, Zeiten, Interessen, Verfahren und Kommunikationsformen. Je nach Anlass arbeiten sie mal der Vorderbhne zu oder werden Teil dieser, mal handeln sie am Rand der Hinterbhne. Diese Ambivalenzen zeigt die Zwischenbhne auf und regt zur weiteren Diskussion an.
