This BergHOFF Essentials Gourmet 10 inch sharpening steel will realign the edge and remove any niche or burr. An oval rod provides more surface contact with the edge to achieve same results as traditional rod but with fewer strokes. This piece is useful and would make a perfect addition to any chef whether novice or expert Made with Carbon Steel. Hand Wash Recommended. Limited Manufacturer's Warranty.
