This high-capacity Stand Alone Unit Open Style shelving with center supported steel deck provides a level surface for storing heavy items and the boltless design for all beam to post connections reduces assembly time while maximizing storage space. Exceptional value and versatility, easy to assemble and reconfigure, high-capacity boltless can be adjusted on 1-1/2" centers to meet your specific requirement. 14 gauge posts, beams and shelves. Ideal for storing heavy hand loaded items. Features: Finishing: All shelving components to be cleaned and coated after fabrication with a seven stage zinc/iron phosphate solution to inhibit corrosion, followed by a coat of high grade custom blend powder electrostatically sprayed and baked at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for a minimum of 20 minutes to provide a tough durable finishColor for all steel components: Shall be Hallowell 708 Black.Certification: Shelving shall be GREENGUARD Gold Certified Angle Post (Standard-Duty): Shall be 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 14 gauge cold rolled sheet steel corner post uprights.Double Rivet Angle Beam (Standard-Duty): Shall be 2-3/4" x 1" x 16 gauge cold rolled sheet steel. Typical for beams up to 36" in length.Double Rivet Angle Beam (Heavy-Duty): Shall be 2-3/4" x 1" x 14 gauge cold rolled sheet steel. An upgrade to our standard duty double rivet angle beams, our heavy duty double rivet angle beams provide additional unit rigidity and even higher shelf capacity. Typical for beams 48" long and greater.Center Support: Shall be 2-3/4" x 1" x 1" x 16 gauge cold rolled sheet steel.
