Frank Hanser analysiert anhand eines eigenen, neuen Datensatzes die mikrokonomischen Faktoren, die vier zentrale Komponenten von Kreditengagements beeinflussen. Der Autor zeigt, dass sich eine Reihe von Faktoren, z. B. das Rating eines Unternehmens, die Mglichkeit von Cross-Selling oder die Bank-Kunden-Beziehung, wesentlich auf die genannten Vertragsbestandteile auswirkt.
