Hans J. Lercher untersucht den Ansatz der Wertanalyse nach L. D. Miles zur Gestaltung und Verbesserung von Informationssystemen. Auf der Grundlage systemtheoretischer berlegungen und unter Annahme der Mitarbeiter einer Unternehmung als wichtigste Elemente, lsst sich ein Informationssystem als sozio-technisches System interpretieren. Entsprechend knnen die fr die Wertanalyse so bedeutende Funktionenanalyse und der Begriff der Funktionenkosten adaptiert werden. Dadurch wird eine Anwendung des Wertanalyse-Arbeitsplanes nach NORM A 6757 mglich.
